The users should choose the good quality ink firstly. The quality of ink determine the quality of printing photos, also it determine the span life of nozzles. The making technology of inkjet machine is very complex, not only in original ink, but also in combine ink. No matter how, it is acceptable if it can meet the needs of continuous printing. As for the inkjet printer that exhaust ink so much, we already can choose the“cheap and good” non-original excellent ink, then the work of protecting machine and nozzle is significant. The print heads will be easily blocking the nozzle holes by long term printing, inaccurate using ink, long term put aside . Of course if we use the bad ink, it also will result blocking nozzle holes and the quality of printing, more worse, the whole print head will be ruined completely. Although the making of print head is fine, but the structure is not complex. The platform that connect with print media directly is full of little round holes, the nozzle holes is connected with print mouth which was insert into ink box. From print mouth to print holes and around the print holes that all have the attached ink cartridge and impurity, the printheads have the function on recover printing.

As for the abandon inkjet printer{such as having national holiday}, it is better to use cleaning agent to clean the whole “supporting ink machine” of inkjet printer to avoid blocking print holes. Most of printheads look like ruined, but it just being blocked and can’t work normally, we should simply swash and it can be recovered its function of printing. The method of hands wash is not complex, we just need remove the printheads, and times of cleaning should not frequently. The method of handy wash is that using injector and using a rubber pipe insert into the pin, cleaning fluid, hand lens of ten times bigger, trigger plastic knife and some other tools. After taking off the printheads, we can use the hand lens to find the print mouth that being blocked , and then using injector to inject cleaning fluid into the print holes, if necessary, we can use the hard plastic knife to shave the remains around the nozzles. When using, don’t pollute the pole part.
