Client can choose 4pcs Starfire printheads model or 6pcs Starfire printheads model according to their demand at the beginning. This kind of solvent printing machine can be installed up to to 6pcs starfire 1024 for maximum.

2. MT Starfire Solvent Printer MT-SF3306/4 equipped with Four in one temperature controller with Three-stage adjustable temperature function.

Equip with the Pre-heater，middle heater and back heater, also as well as the printhead plate heater system for solvent printing process, it can be adjust the temperature of the media and printhead. The switches of heating system are in the same control panel, easy to operate and less fails.

3. MT Starfire Solvent Printer MT-SF3306/4 adopts separate machine's main power and heater's main power.

Separate machine power and heater power to avoid huge electric current or electromagnetic wave disturb the printing quality.

Controlling the height of printhead carriage plate by a rotary knob, which can control the height between printheads and printing platform easily.

10. MT Starfire Solvent Printer MT-SF3306/4 equipped with unique printhead protection stack with intelligent printhead moisturizing device.

This function can protect the printheads easily by pushing the carriage rightward after a busy day. After the solvent printing machine is shut down, the moisturizing device leaves all of printhead nozzles into cleaning solution to prevent nozzle clog caused by dry ink.

11. MT Starfire Solvent Printer MT-SF3306/4 adopts precision mechanical parts for higher accuracy of feeding and collecting system.

Printing platform collocate with LED lamp, easy to observe and test the printing quality.

13. MT Starfire Solvent Printer MT-SF3306/4 equipped with 400W Panasonic servomotor AC drive motor.

400W Panasonic servo motor service for X direction which provide strong safeguard for the printhead carriage on high speed running, also working with 30K frequency of Starfire printhead in harmony that can be reach the printing speed of 360 m²/h.

14. There are three feeding systems are available for MT Starfire Solvent Printer, three take up systems are optional too. Three feeding system for different operate conditions: inserted feeding type with one roller, deposited feeding type with two rollers, deposited feeding type by dragging media with three rollers;

A.    Inserted media feeding (in 1 roller)

1 roller inserted media feeding is available if pictures need printing and jointing for high demand media feeding or volume production.

B.     2 deposited media feeding (on 2 rollers)

2 rollers deposited media feeding is optional if client needs change media frequently or has limit working space.

C.     Dragging media feeding (on 3 rollers)

Dragging media feeding on 3 rollers is improved from 2 rollers deposited media feeding, so it has the advantage of 2 rollers deposited media feeding. Because of the whole gears moving together, all these 3 rollers have motivity to avoid the media skidding in rollers.
