Several aspects to do the daily work of piezo electric printers and maintenance works are important, and the piezo electric printers’ nozzle should be protected as below:

  1, Printers working environment voltage’s consideration; pay attention to voltage pictorial work environment, the stability of the voltage directly affect the normal use of the printer, if the operating voltage instability, it can easily cause damage of the power supply circuit board and print head’s sprinklers. If the voltage is unstable in your work environment or under presence of high-power operation, so the users should better to equip with photo-related power regulator, such as UPS power supply or voltage stability, etc. (to the relevant electronic, you can buy from market), which can connect printers with stabilizer link, and achieve printer stable operating voltage, also avoid nozzle damage due to voltage problems;

2, Regular maintenance work of protecting nozzles; when piezo electric printer’s work is completed, before stopping work, we should conduct a cleaning and maintenance work on the nozzles, especially of outdoor eco solvent printer. After a day’s all print jobs completed, in order to maintain the best working condition and avoid the eco solvent ink nozzle’s clogging, we should first with cleaning resolution to clean the moisture sponge, then pour the cleaning solution on the sponge and made it wet, it will move back to the rightmost head cleaning station and make combination of nozzles and moisturizing sponge closely, so that the device remains in this state overnight. Cleaning nozzle before using, it can prevent the accumulation caused by too much ink jet clogging. We should cultivate the habit, although it may very trouble, but it can achieve better protection and attempts to prevent the nozzles’ clogging.

3, Printers should use pictorial quality and original ink; because it will directly affect the quality of the print head’s printing smooth effect and print images’ colors. Ink contains a variety of chemical composition, often because the filter is not fine, sticky is too high, and not well moisturizer, and other factors, it is easily cause nozzle problems, so we usually advertise clients to use original ink, because it not only can achieve better color reproduction, but also ensure better printing fluency and attempts to protect the nozzle.

4, The working environment of printer’s electric static interference, the working environment is too dry, it will directly generate a lot of static electricity, and directly result damage to the nozzle circuit; or in the use of printed materials, especially in the use of plastic-based materials, such as PP, when using adhesive medium, It will produce large amounts of static electricity; print heads sprinklers or damage caused by the accumulation of impurities, which caused by nozzle clogging.

5, The connection of the ink supply pipe sealing between the nozzle and the cartridge, for example, air in the duct, and the ink tube leak, etc, for piezo electric printers, it is often because the pipe problem or nozzles substandard loose or contact point with the ink station bit is leaked, it can easily cause the ink off by the nozzle, and the nozzle will affect the print head’s empty ink print, which are easily damaged print head;
