There is a high requirement for related printing supplies when use inkjet printer for daily output printing. such as the requirements of used commonly ink  and the media of printing. Therefore, we should do better to place and store well for the storage of these printing supplies.

1, The points of attention  for storage of printing media:

The environment of storage for printing materials: The indoor temperature of storage for printing medias is recommended around between 18 to 30 centi-degree and the relative humidity is about 20% to 65%.  The printing medias are stored in the inventory storage on the relatively stable condition of environment, which the temperature difference is not too large and avoid high temperature as well as direct sunlight.  Besides, ground and the air should be kept dry.  We suggest that the medias should be placed horizontally before not using and the stacking layers should not exceeded over 8 layers and heavy goods can not stacked on the top. And it should be placed with care while carrying and using. And it can not be tossed to avoid damage of indentation , drape and fracture, etc  caused by the squeezing of rigid materials, friction and stabbing. We also need pay more attention to the both ends of material after unwinding to avoid damages of indentation caused by squeezing. All operations should be operated by wearing white and soft gloves with cotton after unpacking the package, which avoids scratches on the surface of product coating or contaminated sweat and stains.  Unused materials should be packed into the moisture-proof bag, then packed back to the package box after plugging the end cap at both ends to  avoid contacting excessively with the air and prevent the ink absorbing coating from absorbing moisture from the air, which influences the stability of ink absorption.

2, The use and storage of ink

Ink should be sealed, packed and stored on the ventilated and cool place to avoid the direct sunlight for a long time. Because most of ink will be decomposed while touching light, especially dye ink. And if your Eco solvent printer doesn’t work too much, then we suggest that you should purchase by planned quantity of use. It is not suitable to store large quantity of ink, which avoids storing for a long time and precipitating because of not finishing using for a long time. We should use a correct way to fill in ink for Eco solvent printer cartridge after ink is opened. The ink should be closed  after opening if the ink can not be used up. Do not let the ink exposure in the air to avoid volatilizing. Besides, we should prevent ink from  knocking down accidentally and drinking mistakenly by children and other issues.      

Above these two points are common storage precautions for  ink of supplies and printing medias. So we, Eco solvent printer users, should pay more attention to it.
